BIRT Actuate - - SAP connection - WINRPC32.dll missing in AcSapDesigner.exe

Hello!

I'm trying to connect to a SAP DW environment.
I've managed to ping the SAP (the DataSource is created), but when trying to create a DataSet, it trys to access Sap BW BEx Query, then it fail returning the following error:

"AcSapDesigner.exe - Unable to locate component

This application has failed to start because WINRPC32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

This library tipically comes with the applications.
It could be due to an error in the installation process, but there was no error during the BIRT - Actuate installation.
I reinstalled BIRT Actuate but the library still misses.

What can I do to in order to use solve this problem?
