How to select all values of a parameter

Hi,

I have a report parameter but I'd like to give the user the option to select All values of the parameter with an option of 'All' at the top of the parameter list when running the report instead of having to highlight all values. The parameter is based off of a dataset (dynamic), listbox.

How can this be done?
