Need to Run Actuate8 rox file on Actuate9i Server

Dear ,
i have created rox file from Actuate8 .Rod file. i have uploaded that file on the actuate 9i server wile running rox file it is giving me the message that
3196: The specified report could not be run. Executing Actuate Basic e.Reports requires the e.Report Option to be enabled.
Please contact Actuate to update the System License.
Can anybody help me to find the solution for this error.

Hi,
Are you using iServer Express that you downloaded from BIRT Exchange? If so, remember that iServer Express can be used to run BIRT reports and e.Spreadsheet reports, but not e.Reports.
