Image appears enlarged in pdf report

Hi,

I generated a (400px wd, 300px ht) png image. I created an image in report design with width 400px and height 300px. The URL of the image points to the png image that I generated.

The image looks OK in html report but appears 30% bigger in pdf report. How do I make the image appear properly in pdf report?
