Mouse OUT Interactivity not working with Charts in BIRT Report

Hi,

I am trying to design a Bar chart in Birt Reports to display the POP UP DIV HTML on Mouse Over event and to Hide the DIV HTML on Mouse Out event.

I am able to achive the on Mouse Over event . Birt Report is rendering the function on the event using the chart designer.

But it is not able to render the on Mouse Out event on the HTML.

Can some one please suggest how achieve this ?

I am using Birt Report Version 2.2.2
