I am working with BIRT to design custom report for ITM 6.2. I want a query to get the details of CPU/Memory/HD utilization for last day/Week/Month [Historical data]. The OS is window. Can u pls give me what should be the SQL and how I go abt designing custom reports.
secondly i am also trying to customized the reports comes with tcr.zip files. i have problem with chaning logo. i have copied my logo to mentioned location
Copy your new logo to the resources/<product name>/images folder.
2. Open the TCR library (resources/tcr_common/TivoliCommonReporting_v1.0.rptlibrary).
3. Select the Master Page tab as shown in Figure 6.
4. Double-click the Tivoli banner image or the IBM logo image in the header.
5. In the image editor, choose Image file in shared resources and enter the location of your logo. Preview
it and click OK to finish.
first problem is that i can not see tivoli and ibm logo in design view when i click to edit the image i do not find my logo or even it does not show location. pls tell whats wrong.
one more problem is that i import the package in tcr and when run the report getting following error.
pls help me out i will be very grateful to you
