Pop up Calendar for Data Parameter

Hello,
How do I add a pop up calendar utility to my Birt report for entering date parameters? I looked at the postings about adding Calendar.js and modifying birt jsp files but I couldn't get it to work. I'd appreciate if someone can show me a detailed example.

It is planned for release in 2.3 as far as I know. If you are currently using a different version, have a look at this post:
