Version Mismatch - Firefox 3

All Firefox has changed (made stricter) some of the rules on how XHTML is handled. This causes a Version Mismatch error when trying to render (display) the web viewer with a report in it.

Reports will display fine in Internet Explorer or Firefox 2.

Moving to BIRT version 2.3 solves the problem in Firefox.

A new version of iServerExpress with this built in should be available shortly.

Birt 2.3 worked for a time on firefox 3, but now it seems to have reverted back to the same version mismatch error. I can't remember if firefox did any updates since the initial release of firefox 3, but whatever was done to fix this Version Mismatch bug in BiRt seems to be broken now.

I was wondering, does it matter what version of birt the reports were built in? My guess is it shouldn't matter but I may be wrong.

I have a version mismatch error because I'm using BIRT 2.2.1 with FIREFOX 3. I know that moving to BIRT version 2.3 solves the problem in Firefox, but for some reason I can't move the version.

Could help me anyone and tell me any action I can do to fix the problem without moving the version? Any patch or something like that....
