Report customization error

Hi,
pls help me out. I am working with BIRT to design custom report for ITM 6.2. I want a query to get the details of CPU/Memory/HD utilization for last day/Week/Month [Historical data].
The OS is window. Can u pls give me what should be the SQL and how I go abt designing custom reports.


i have followed the guide instruction.

1. create a project in BIRT. c:myreport
2. import the report package
3. set the resource folder as c:myreportitmresources
4. copy my logo in images directory
5. set the logo in master file
6. export the project in archieve zip format
7. import the file in tcr.
8. run the report but got the error message.

CTGTRV009E Processing has ended because of an unexpected error.
CTGTRV011E See the Tivoli Common Reporting log files for more information.

pls tell how to fix this error and what wrong am i doing.
