CPU utilization report and situation threshold

Hi,

i have Tivoli TCR CPU utilization report. now i want to show the situation threshold value in my report graph.

situation stores at TEMS i have custom query to pic situation threshold. now i am stuck how to bring this value into graph. how we get connected to flat file using BIRT designer, is there anyway to have two data source on single graph.

any idea.
