Want to display report properly

I am looking for a way to display report properly. At this moment I am having a report displaying different no of records per page.

Page Break Interval did not work well in my case. It looks like it only count no of rows on "Table - Detail" which "Visibility - Hide Element" is True.

The only things I want to display are 40 rows of "Table Group - Group Footer" per page.

Did someone have any idea?

What version of BIRT are you using? Are you using PDF or another output?
