Displaying something only in the first page

I am trying do dysplay a table header row only on th first page and a table footer row only on the last page o f my report!!!How ca i do this???I must use javascripting??Or there is an option in Birt??Thank you!

If you are using eclipse, try selecting the table by clicking on it then in the property editor select the "Page break" section and uncheck the "Repeat Header" option.
