how to avoid table break in between pages

Hi,

I have table in my design.
I'm not able to avoid page break inside table(between header and detail row), though the following properties were set:

Page break inside - avoid
Page break after for cell in header row - avoid
page break before for cell in detail row - avoid

Is there any way to avoid page break inside the table?

Do you have enough data in each table for a page break before each table to make sense?

Hi Michael,

Yes, i have data inside table.
But the table is present in the middle of design.
So for some cases, the table header alone is coming in end of the page and table with data is continued in the next page.
I gave repeat header option as true, so i'm able to get header in the next page also.

But i want the table to start in the next page, instead of displaying header alone in previous page.

So, would setting the page break - before on the table to "always" work for your design? Or are there times where the table and the rest of your design fit together and you wouldn't want a page break there?

Hi,

Page consumption is the main constraint for us.If we implement the page break - before on the table to "always" ,it will consume more pages and table will start always from the new page.So we could see more blank spaces in PDF.

So,is there any way to remove the table header from the previous page if we don't have enough space for rendering the data within that page?

Please confirm whether it is possible or not.
