how to include library in birt report

i have created library for a report but i am not able to add my library in my new report ,can any one help to add library in new report

1. Create new report
2. Depending on your editing environment, either:
a) Click in report layout canvas, then use the menu item Insert -> Use Library. You will be prompted with a dialog to expand the Resource Folder, within which you should see your .RPTLIBRARY file. Click on that file and click OK
b) Go into the Outline view and click on the Libraries node, right-click and select "Use Library". You will be prompted with a dialog to expand the Resource Folder, within which you should see your .RPTLIBRARY file. Click on that file and click OK.

(there may be other avenues to accomplish the same goal)

This all assumes that your report library is in the folder where your editing environment expects it to be.
