Page Number + page break

Anyone know whether or not can we put condition on page number?? I only want the 'page n of m' shows when the total page is more than 1....if it only has 1 then dont show the page count...

secondly...is there anyway we can control page break in my case below?:

[a field that allowed user to type in text]

> in here i dont want only the " Best regards, xxxx" to populate on a second page if they are the only text on a second page...I only want it to break to a second page IF the user has typed enough text in the above field which will lead to a second page..Otherwise keep everything in one page..
