Inherite data from container for tables

Hi,
I'm building a report with data source linked with a mysql database. The SQL queries I execute are long and heavy, so in order to limit the number of queries, I execute a single SQL query and use grouping options to present data (I've attached an image to explain in a simple way

). To rendre charts, I use "inherited data from container" but I don't know how to apply the same method with tables. Is it possible to build a table with inherited data.
In the example, I use data from "Chart" to buid "Table" but I would like to use inherited data from container "Car".
Do you have an idea?

Hi MaT,

I don't believe that you can "inherit data from container" on a table. However, you can set the data binding for a table to be from another report item rather than the dataset. To do this, on the binding tab of the property editor, you just set the table's binding to report item and select it from the drop down.
