TS 5.5.2sp2 question

skip11

Installed TS 5.5.2 and then sp2. I am told I need to then
copy IWOV_Upgrades/TeamSite/5.5.2/3.0/delta/* to the
installed TS root. Is this correct ? Isn't the delta directory
a backup of the original files ? The file sizes are different
and so are the dates, leaving me to believe that the copy is
not necessary. What's the concensus ?

Thanks,
