Sorry, there is not enough information in your post to help you. Are you in WebDesk Pro, Webdesk, or in a workkflow? What version of TeamSite are you on, what operating system? Is this a new installation, or did this used to work and it stopped working. If it used to work, do you know what changed?

Not sure what software you've got installed, but these same
symptoms can be caused by a bug with the java plug-in:
I have seen this caused by a bug with the java plug-in
if you install SP3, then rollback to SP2. The plug-in caches a
the SP3 version of LaunchPad, then refuses to remove it from
the cache. I have seen it happen with JRE 1.3 but not 1.4.
I don't know if this applies to you or not. You can test if this
is a problem by updating the modification times on the applet
files (e.g. on Unix, as follows)
% cd <iwhome>/httpd/iw/launchpad100
% touch launchpad_s*
Then quit and restart your browser. Flushing the browser
cache is not sufficient.
Alternatively, you can upgrade to the 1.4 plug-in, or
disable the java plug-in.
Hope that helps........
