Arabic Language support

Hi All,
I need to generate a report contains data like as given below.
'وهي زوجة الفاضل/ عصام '+ dataSetRow["name"] + '، لبناني '

When i try to concatenate arabic words with the column binding i am not able to view the same in the pdf output. The arabic text gets replaced with ? marks.
I altered my fontsConfig_pdf.xml file in both eclipse plugins and WEB-INFplatformplugins by adding a new font :

<font font-family="Font-Family" catalog="Simplified Arabic" />
But this too did not he lp me much. Do i need to install the NLpack1-eclipse-SDK? If so how do i proceed with it. Or is there only limiyed
support for Bidi languages in BIRT?

Kindly help me resolve this problem.
