Integrating viewer using taglib

I am trying to display a report from an existing application from a JSP page. Upon execution the viewer is not displayed nor is anything logged as having happened onthe server.

I have deliberatey made changes to the JSP page to produce errors on the server to ensure that it is being executed. Any suggestions?
