Internationalize birt viewer labels

Is it possible to change the english labels of Birt viewer like:

Parameter
Parameters markes with * are required
Showing page
Go to page

Yes, you can localize the labels used by the viewer. Another thread at the link below has more details about how to change a file called Messages.properties.
