The BIRT runtime license has the following text : "Your use of JTidy R7 in both source and binary code form contained in the plug-in is subject
to the terms and conditions of the sourceforge.net License Policy which is available at http://jtidy.sourceforge.net/license.html.".

There is a license agreement in the jTidy jar, but based on the above statement, one would assume that either the sourceforge license overrides the jTidy.jar license, or supplements it.

However there is no license available at JTidy - Project License, so it is not clear what terms govern the use of jTidy bundled into BIRT.

Can somebody help clear this up - without knowing the licensing terms we cannot use the product.
