reportContainer="div" has a bug?

i use birt tag in my jsp,in the birt tag,i add attribute reportContainer="div" ,but there is a error: The service is not initialized!. Use birtReportServiceFactory.init(ServletConfig) to init.<br />
and i found a same case in google,<br />

it's my fault,i forgot to add ViewerServletContextListener listener into web.xml,sorry to all.
