Eclipse, BIRT 2.2, Preview

Is there a problem (or is it expected behavior) with the Eclipse preview not showing page breaks?
They do show in HTML and PDF view...

Yes, you are correct. Page breaks to not show in the preview or HTML views. The web viewer and PDF viewer definitely do though.
