Error creating runtime parameter report

To create report with run time parameter, after Linking the Parameter to the data Set and then editing the dataset we are getting the Error message

Error Message:

and Also the Query tab and Parameter Tab are disabled in the Edit tab of the Data Set. It was working fine yesterday.

Is it software error or any connectivity problem. Please guide through the problem.
