Get the Where Clause from hidden Form Parameter

Hello!

I have to send the where clause from my app to Birt-Viewer Server!
I am using a jsp File:

<body onload="<%=onLoadCode%>">
<form method="post" action=" <%=actionURL%>" name="theForm">
Calling report. Please wait? <%=hiddenInputParams%>
</form>
</body>

where onLoadcode is the Url of ReportingViewer+file.rptdesign
and hiddenInputParams:
hiddenInputParams = "<input type="hidden" id="WhereClause" name="whereclause" value="" + where + "">n";

No I tried to get out the hidden input type in rptdesign file with document.formname.WhereClause.Value but this does not work???

Does anybody of you know how to send Information(like where) easily over URL?
