Reports with Dynamic Combo Box

I've created a report with a dynamic combo box report parameter. It works fine locally but once uploaded to the BIRT server and I attempt to load it in a browser the report will not load and show the parameters to run. Anyone know why?

This is actually happening for any combo box or list box static or dynamic.

I want to have a dynamic listbox or combo box as a report parameter. I will use the selection to run a dynamic query. I'm also using text input report parameters for date select too. So, yes.

Great! That's what I wanted. I'm trying to do the same thing and have successfully created it and ran it locally in Eclipse, but the parameter window will NOT show up when I upload it to the server. I even uploaded yours to the server and it won't even load. Gives me an error:
"java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space"

I got the same problem with Clear Quest Report Server.

If someone has found a solution it would be very appreciated.

Right now all my parameters are stuck in "Loading" or no info at all when I use static Lists (imported the values from a query) and 1 or 2 (of 4 totally) is stuck when I use dynamic.

I guess the next step is to contact IBM support... again .(

i just came across one attachment by junior member(querychange.rptdesign). well it is working fine but it is passing parameter and then the user needs to refresh the page to see the parameters window again. Can't we have all the list box on the same page and then pass the parameters
