Dear all,
I would like to place a set of texts and data from datasets on a page but here is the problem.

How do I get the data to remain in the same place each time if there are blank values in some of the fields i.e. name and address

examples where xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is a blank line

MR A OTHER
33 THE FIELDS
BANBURY
OXON
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

As you see in the second example there is only one blank line,

Hi Lesbea,

You could try setting up data items in your table or list to check for 'null' values and display "--" or something if the value is blank, or else display the value if it's not 'null'.
