set content id for images

I am trying to send the html generated birt report through email.how can we set content id or cid for images?

Hi Meher,

I don't think that BIRT actually embeds the images into its HTML outputs, so I don't know if there's a way to do this or not. Is there any way you can host the images on a server or something so that you can reference them in the emailed reports? I'll look around and see if I see another way to do it. I'll post in here again if I find anything.
