Embedded Reports

Hi all,
How does one know whether a value in the report is a simple text or a hyperlink to another report?

I am implementing an emitter, and the control goes from startCell to startData to startText directly.

Is there a way to find out whether its a hyperlink and to access that reports contents from the Emitter extension point?
