Print on Server

I'm using BIRT 2.2.0 with the provided Viewer on JBoss (Linux). I am trying to print directly from the server to a CUPS printer. The problem is the Print Dialog is not offering the option to input more than one copy. Looking through the source, it seems as though the javax.print API is saying the printer does not support multiple copies. Where does it get this setting? What change can I make to get it to allow multiple copies to be entered when printing?

Hi dgreco3917,
Normally the number of copies is an available option when printing to a server-side printer from the BIRT Viewer. Are you saying that this options is disabled or just not there? Is this a problem with just one printer? You might also want to try with BIRT 2.3.1 viewer just to see if it was a problem that is fixed already.
