MasterPage Margin property Bug on BIRT 2.3

Bonjour,
I am testing the new BIRT version (Eclipse BIRT Designer Version 2.3.0.v20080606 Build <2.3.0.v20080618-0630).
And i have found a regression on Master page margin property.
One can not modify the margin selection. If you reduce it the only possible values are 100 or 99,75. Fortunately, one can modify this property on XML source code.
