chart generation not not working Birt viewer 2.3 on linux

Hi all,<br />

I was with an application based on WebViewerExample 2.2.2.<br />
In order to make this application firefox 3.0 compliant, I try to upgrade my birt engine.<br />
<br />
Therefore, I downloaded the WebViewerExample 2.3 (2.3.0 & 2.3.1 Both are not working).<br />
Then I run my application and indeed reports on firefox are working, however all reports with charts fail even in IE or Firefox.<br />

My environment : JDK 5, Tomcat 5.5.26, Linux (debian)<br />
<br />
I try the same application on a new environment : JDK 5, Tomcat 5.5.26, Win XP, and there everything is ok!!!<br />
<br />
Therefore is Birt 2.3 is working on Linux plateform ???<br />
How can I do to make my viewer working ?<br />

It seems to be an XML parser librairie problem (<a class='bbc_url' href='http://dev.eclipse.org/newslists/news.eclipse.birt/msg30622.html'>[news.eclipse.birt] Re: BIRT Viewer error with Charts on Oracle Applicat</a>) , however the solution proposed not works in my case, or I don't use the good jar version.<br />

Hi,

I was wondering if you found a resolution to this problem. I have looked at everything and I think a minor difference between the environment here and yours is we also use Apache. The reports run in a Windows environment and we use an XML source but it doesn't work on the Linux environment. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
