HI FRNDS 
I M USING BIRT FOR QIUTE LONG TIME NOW. AND ABLE TO GELERATE MANY REPORTS THANKFULLY 
NOW I WANT TO GENERATE REPORT IN SOME DIFFRENT FORMAT 
 
I MEAN, 
NORMALLY REPORTS VIEWED AS

ROW1 | HEADER ROW|

ROW 2| DETAIL ROW |

but 
I WANT IT IN

ROW 1 | HEADER ROW 1 | DETAIL ROW 1 |

ROW 2 | HEADER ROW 2 | DETAIL ROW 2 |

CAN ANYBODY HELP??

Are the header rows going to be different for each detail row? Or the same? Or does it depend on something in the detail row what is displayed for the header row?

it will b like

row 1 | name | catchme

row 2 | age | 25

row 3 | Email-id | <a href='mailto:' title='E-mail Link' class='bbc_email'>catchme33@gmail.com</a>

row 3 | project| BIRT

and so on... 
i hav tried with using 2 diff tables aligning with header row of first and detail row of second. but it doesnt worked.

What you need to do for that is stack all the header labels in the first column of the detail row and stack all the data items in the same order in the second column of the detail row. This will make the result look like the following screenshot. You could also use separate detail rows for each item, but 1 detail row works as well.
