How do we access reports using URLs?

I can access the "Server Management Console" using the following URL<br />

Once logged in ... I am able to see all the published reports also. I am also able to OPEN these reports and view the results.<br />

<strong class='bbc'>Is there any other way I can access these reports using URLs?</strong><br />
I heard that we can call the web services using URLs and do a lot with actuate.<br />

I checked the "Server Configuration Console" and it turns out that my Web Services port is 10100<br />
<br />
<br />
Could someone please throw some light.
