reading URL inside BIRT report

Hi can some on advise 
 
how i can read the URL inside the BIRT report say some where beforeFactory 
 
eg: <a class='bbc_url' href='http://localhost:8080/BirtViewer/frameset?__report=test/Details.rptdesign&username=admin&startdate=2008-11-03+23:00:00.000&enddate=2008-11-23+23:00:00.000&batch_no=0665'>http://localhost:8080/BirtViewer/frameset?__report=test/Details.rptdesign&username=admin&startdate=2008-11-03+23:00:00.000&enddate=2008-11-23+23:00:00.000&batch_no=0665</a> 
 
this is the URL that calles the report , can i read this URL in beforeFactory 
if i need detect the parameters and it's value that's in the url
