debug nested tables

this is what i got:

table1
---table2

---

table3

table3 got 2 parameters: param1 is a report parameter and parm2 is a column bound on table2. on table2 got something similar but with table3.

natural and logical, but the logical stops on table3. table1 display data table2 too, but nothing is diplayed on table3.

after a lot of testing modifiers and a looong etc, i'm thinking that is a bug. so my question is:

how can i debug report birt on the fly? i mean, i need to be sure what is inside table3 when report build it at run time. so how can i be sure what paramaters values are at a given time? and even better, how can i be sure whats the sql of table3 at a certain moment when running?
