BIRT Web Viewer - Cascade Parameter Issue

Using the latest BIRT runtime (2.3.1) I have a report that has a cascading parameter. We'll call these "Group 1" and "Group 2." In the first box (combo box) you can select from the first group which then populates the items in a listbox below (Group 2). I have multi select enabled on the second parameter.

It works great if you use the mouse and click the "Group 1" combo box and select your option. As you click through the different groups the items in "Group 2" change as they are supposed to.

However, if you use the arrow keys to scroll through the items in "Group 1" the items in "Group 2" do not update. This is a minor issue, but...is it a bug or is it something I am doing wrong?

It would be good if you could log this to bugzilla so it gets fixed.
