Additional plugins needed for report parameter page integration

Hello,

I'm trying to install the needed plugins to use the BIRT Web Project Wizard. From what I can tell the needed plugin is 'birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_3_1.zip'. I tried finding the site to directly download the plugin through help on the eclipse interface but haven't found anything. I manually downloaded the 'birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_3_1.zip' and copied the features directory contents to the eclipse features folder. I did the same for the plugins directory. It doesn't appear to be working. Does the plugins need to be imported? Is there a site where I can directly pull the needed plugins into eclispe? What am I doing wrong?

After you put in the plugins and features from the wtp integration zip, check under new projects-> Web. Not under BIRT.
