Changing orientation of data for x axis

I have added a chart to an existing report and want my X axis date time data to be displayed at an angle so that all the data points are visible. How do you do this? I have attached two screen shots, the first, display_date.jpg, is the way I want to display the date and time. The second is the way the date and time is displayed.
