abt .rptconfig

hi i want to konw abt .rptconfig files created by BIRT 
whats there use/misuse???? 
as i hav no idea abt .rptconfig 
any help ill b appriciated

As far as I know they just store the parameter values you enter when you run the report in your preview window.

You can delete those files if they bother you but birt will probably create a new one
