Dynamic ordering of sub reports

Hi,
i have a requirement in my project for dynamic ordering of subreports based on the parameter we pass to the reports.For example if we have Customer ID as first sub report in one report and in another we might want the Customer ID as third or fourth sub report based on the parameter we pass from the java application.my doubt is it possible in BIRT??? if it possible how to do it?
Example:
MainReport
Subreport A
Subreport B
Subreport C
on other instance i want the report to look like
MainReport
Subreport C
Subreport A
Subreport B
