BIRT bar chart not getting displayed

Hi, 
i am new to BIRT. 
i have downloaded birt-runtime-2_3_1. 
i have designed a sample bar report in RSA(Using Report Design Perspective). 
 
When i run the report from RSA's built in Report Viewer, i am able to see the bar chart. 
 
i add this bar.rptdesign file to birt.war's report folder and deployed it in RSA's test server version 6.1 (WebSphere Application Serverv6.1) 
 
i tried opening the report using the following URL 
<a class='bbc_url' href='http://localhost:9081/Birt/frameset?__report=Report/bar.rptdesign'>http://localhost:9081/Birt/frameset?__report=Report/bar.rptdesign</a> 
 
But i am getting a blank report. the bar chart is not being displayed. 
 
i am not getting any error messages in the console. 
 
Normal reports like (simple list) is working but chart is not working. 
 
Can any one please help me in this ?

Hi Anil, This could be related to a class-loading problem and some older classes in WebSphere. Try following the tips located with a similar bug at <a class='bbc_url' href='https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=203703'>https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=203703</a> to make sure your application classes get loaded first.
