Support of BIRT 2.1.2 ...

A client of mine is planning to implement BIRT 2.1.2 in the near future. To-date I've had a fiddle with the product and I am reasonably comfortable with most aspects of the tool (other than one niggling technical issue which I will raise in another post shortly).

However, could someone please provide some insights into ...

"How does support of the BIRT product go? Is there actually no support of this product at all available?"
