Embeded Images are not showing in Birt Report

Hi,

I am using Birt 2.3.0.
While opening report in Internet explorer, it's not showing embeded Images,
it shows as a red cross, Earlier it was working fine.Even it is not shwoing any exception,
and while designing report with Report designer, if i go for preview it shows nothing. when i click for show reports Parameter it just keeps waiting until I cancel it ..

Any help regarding this will be highly appreciating
