How to use css in BIRT reports in Solaris OS?

I want to use css for designing the BIRT reports. It is working well at Windows environment. But in Solaris environment it is not working.

In Solaris the report is running well, but no css styles are applied in the report.

can you give me some brief guide or send me a simple sample? Appreciate for your kindly help.
