which iwdeploy.dll to use?

I have an iwdeploy.dll file in "OD-HOME\bin" and in "OD-HOME\jre\bin". Which one is used by Opendeploy? Should i delete one of them?

I think the one in jre\bin is used, but I wouldn't delete any files from under the OD install.
