Status: Failed

Does any one of you know why I would get "Status: Failed" error.
I tried to deploy to another test server and it worked fine.

I have 20014 and 9173 ports open from source to target production server. Is there something I am missing ?

Are you going through a firewall? If so - does that firewall do Network Address Translation (NAT) such that the hostname/IP address seen by the receiver is not that of the base server, but actually that of the firewall? If so - have you read the section(s) in the OpenDeploy manual that relate to deploying through firewalls?

If that doesn't help - Can you provide both the src.* and rcv.* logs, the odbase.xml, odnodes.xml, and the odrcvr.xml file from the Receiver you do not appear to be able to connect to? (as an attachment) for the particular deployment in which this occurred?

I just checked my server. There was an internal and external IP addresses. I used the external ip and it fixed the problem
