DataDeploy table update problem

Hi,
We're using TeamSite 5.5.2 and DataDeploy 5.5.2
Running a iwsyncdb.ipl -initial creates the tables (wide) fine, but some of these tables aren't being populated, either initially or after updating DCRs.
For some of the tables/datacapture.cfgs, there is no difference in the content between one that does update and one that doesn't.
Investigating iwddd.log, I noticed that all the dcr-types that don't update have this entry:

or similar. I can't seem to find any relevant information for TExtAttrDbAgent or the error messages on the site.
Has anyone come across this problem before?

If I have to guess it something has gone wrong in your basearea deployment. The error you noticed is probably from deltagen deployment.
