ActutateJavaComponent in Weblogic wont work

When i deploy ActutatJavaComponent.war file into weblogic portal server it wont work. Deployment throws lot of errors.
Yes i have deployed jstl1.1.2.war file before that.

What version of WebLogic Portal server are you using?

Can you please describe the errors? Do you have stack traces that you could attach?
